Neev is a non-formal educational paradigm where workshops are delivered to students in 5 categories, i.e., hobbies, personality development programme, how stuff works, personality plus and heritage plus sharing about various facts and figures of the people & nation.

The hobbies workshop includes dance, music, philately, theatre, anchoring, numismatics, sketchig, cooking, electronics project, pot making, radio jockey, camera and reading novels. Apart from this the workshop for personality development programme comprises of memory power techniques, interviews, time management, goal-setting, meditation and speaking- skills.
The awareness program workshop is based on creating knowledge amongst the youth headed for wildlife conservation, saving girl child, animal welfare, AIDS awareness, global warming, hazards of smoking, promoting education, saying no to plastic, world peace and the skills for game of giving.

Similarly, Zav also conducts the workshop sharing the facts and figures in of personalities and historical locations in India.
