The founder and CEO of Zav Foundation

The Lead Facilitator (Leadership Training) at Indus School of Leadership, Yellagiri, Aman was the one who conceived the idea of the Zav Foundation. Always of the belief that the youngsters of the nation can bring about a sea change provided they get opportunities to realize their potential he set about on the Mission Zav to help the underprivileged. Taking inspiration from Dr. Kalam’s Vision2020 he began sensitizing the youth through his inspirational sessions. He envisions a national presence for the foundation, five yars down the line.

Presently the Secretary and COO of Zav Foundation

Arjun, a final year M.Tech student at VIT, Vellore has been with Zav since its inception. He attributes many positive changes in his life to his experience as a part of Zav Foundation. According to his own admission, he’s become a deeper thinker, a better manager, introspective in nature and a more confident person. As for the future, he’s ambitious and hopes that the foundation would have sown its seeds in atleast three more states in the country.

Saranya Francis

Presently the Chief Culture Officer at Zav Foundation

A faculty member in Literature at the Joseph’s PU College & St Joseph’s Evening College, Saranya was introduced to Zav through Aman. Seeing her association with Zav as a small gesture in encouraging young Indians to make a difference in the lives of the children with lesser opportunities she acknowledges having become more sensitive and having greater willingness to commit herself to action because of Zav.

Prashanth Srinivas

Presently the Chief Information Officer at Zav Foundation

A spirited orator, Prashant has been an active member of Zav and brings with himself a youthful energy to the foundation. He focuses on excellence in everything he does and that helps him achieve his dreams. Prashanth like to work with young minds, this being one of the many reasons that prompted him to join Zav. An engineering graduate, he was very active during the college days, being instrumental in the college fest where Zav Foundation was invited three years in a row to conduct mock placement interviews.

Presently the Director of Project Neev

Prashanth is a Software Engineering by profession and was introduced to the world of Zav by a friend. The idea of connecting with the school kids through Project Neev is what made him join the foundation and so did the motto of the organization that is too realize Dr. Kalam’s 2020 vision. An important learning that he believes came with the Zav experience is that it’s futile searching for inspirational figures when in fact they’re all around us.

Presently the Director(Careerz) at Zav Foundation

The Software Engineer from Accenture was attracted to the fundamentals of the foundation and hence became a part of it. Introduced to the idea by a common friend of his and Aman’s he liked the notion of such an organization that works in the education sphere. A few positive changes that he’s witnessed in his personal self as a part of Zav, include having an increased sense of responsibility and organization.
