Pavan Vanakuri (Bengaluru) and Ravi Gupta (Ludhiana) visited our Centre to conduct a Beneficiary Analysis & Needs Assessment. Both the volunteers spent about 4 hours interviewing all our students to understand and create a communication strategy for Kaushalya Initiative. As a part of the study they also visited nearby communities to get a hang of Socio Economic & Cultural understanding of these communities.
A detailed project proposal was submitted for the organisation to implement the communication strategy which later was taken up by the board to implement a few relevant and viable proposed steps to increase the overall impact of the Skill Development Centre.
